Thank you for your interest in joining the panel!

Eligibility

Individuals who sign up for the panel must meet the following requirements:

• You need to live, work, or visit the state of Wisconsin to sign up (you don't need to live in Wisconsin).
• You need to be at least 18 years old to join.
• You need to have access to the Internet .
• You need to have an email account to receive invitations for surveys and focus groups. This email account must be different from that of any other panel member.

Registration onto the panel requires your agreement to our panelist terms and conditions listed on the following page. You may also want to review our Privacy Policy.

Registration

Everyone interested in becoming a panelist must register.
Limit Multiple people from a household may sign up for the panel, but we limit membership to one member per individual over the age of 18. Each member must have their own, unique email address.
Please DO NOT SIGN UP FOR this panel unless you wish to be invited by email or phone to take online surveys or participate in focus group sessions. By completing the following forms, you’ll be eligible for participation in marketing research activities that will allow you to earn prizes, rewards, and cash for your opinions.
